Getting to Anfield Stadium
By bus
Routes 26 or 27 from Paradise St. Bus Station both go directly to the stadium. From Queen Square you can take 17B, 17C, 17D or 217. All stop outside the ground.
On match days you can also use the Soccerbus service, which runs from Sandhills Station on the Merseyrail Northern Line. This is a very cheap way to get to Anfield, with tickets costing only £1 each way. Tip: When buying your rail ticket, ask for a Soccerbus add-on and travel for only £1 return on the Soccerbus.
By air
Liverpool John Lennon Airport is located around 7 miles south east of the city centre, and is well connected with the city with regular bus shuttle services going to and from the airport. Manchester International Airport is another possibility.
